Head Coach - Varsity Swimming (Men and Women)

• Formed a new swim program for PPACS District by developing goals, policies, procedures, recruitment strategy, practice schedule, and training program.

• Created and coached men and women’s swim team in basic and advanced swimming mechanics, dry-land conditioning, and nutrition.

• Established and monitored mentor programs to foster team unity and encourage creation of respectful relationships between athletes of all ages and backgrounds.

• Directed parents to organize and implement team-building events and fundraisers.

Audubon District

Head Coach - Varsity Swimming (Coed)

• Won Atlantic Division for the first time since 1942 with an unprecedented undefeated season by training swimmers for major competitions, creating competitive meet sheets, and fostering team unity.

• Organized and supervised a parents’ Booster Club that raised funds for pool time, uniforms, and the team banquet.

Moorestown Friends High School

Head Coach – Varsity Swimming (Men and Women)

• Formed and coached inaugural men and women swim teams for a Parochial A Division school and led both teams to two state tournament appearances each.

• Organized and supervised charity and fundraising events to promote community involvement and raise donations for Toys for Tots.

Head Swim Coach - Tricounty

Tavistock Swim Club, Old Orchard Swim Club, and Willowdale Swim Club – Head Coach

• Coached 130+ member co-ed swim teams, athletes’ ages ranging from 4-18, in basic and advance swimming mechanics, dry-land conditioning, and weight training programs.

• Created, organized, managed, and taught Learn-To-Swim Programs and Training Squads that teach, enhance, and refine stroke techniques of novice swimmers and increase membership to competitive swim programs.

• Worked with swim club boards and parents’ booster clubs in order to organize weekly team-building events such as pep rallies, banquets, team parties, and group outings to movies, restaurants, and beaches.

o Overall record: 30-5; 3 divisional championships with corresponding undefeated seasons for Willowdale Swim Team.

Head Coach - X-Country & Track

Coach - Audubon Junior High Cross Country

Increased percentage of medal winners at Colonial Conference Championships.
Trained middle school athletes in long-distance running by focusing on efficient form, warm-up drills, and stretching.

Head Coach - Audubon Junior High Track and Field

Introduced and trained 7th and 8th grade student athletes in various track and field events.
